The Signature at MGM Grand is a luxurious hotel located on the Las Vegas strip. It is part of the MGM Grand hotel complex, but offers a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. Here's what makes it a great location:
- Exclusive Suite: This unit is privately owned, meaning you get all of the benefits of staying at the MGM Signature without the resort fees!
- Access to MGM Grand: While the Signature at MGM Grand offers a serene atmosphere, guests have easy access to all the action of the MGM Grand next door. This includes world-famous restaurants, high-end shops, a massive casino, and exciting live shows.
- Multiple pools: The Signature at MGM Grand has five pools, offering guests a variety of options to relax and soak up the Las Vegas sun.
- Restaurants: There are several fantastic restaurants within quick walking distance from Tower 3. No matter what you're looking for, you're not far.
This condo is privately owned inside the MGM Signature which means no resort fees for you! Additionally, there is no extra fee per guest!
This unit *DOES* have a view of the F1 track. From the window, you can see the starting area as well as parts of Harmon and Koval!
Check-in requirements
To check in at the Front Desk, the PRIMARY GUEST must be 21 (minimum) with photo ID that matches the name on the reservation. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100/night, up to $300 maximum, will be required upon check-in (credit or debit card only - unused funds released at checkout). See House Rules for details.

Please note that our condo is NOT serviced by the hotel's housekeeping staff, and that daily housekeeping is NOT included. We use an independent cleaning company whose team is onsite 10 AM to 3 PM daily. They provide thorough cleaning after each checkout, and can provide extra services during your stay for an additional fee.

Mid-stay Cleaning: $75.00 (no cleaning fee by default)
